Application:It is used to process the hardened conductive metal like cemented carbide,It can be programmed to cut intricate and delicate structure shapes with different size for the purpose of processing metal parts like tapered and transitioning shapes (circle on the bottom, square at the top for example).It is widely applied in precision mold making and die industry,automobile and weapon making,aerospace and textile machine industries and so on.
1、Using resin sand castings with high temperature annealing process,the cutter table has the permanent high machinery precision.The resin sand castings has high tensity,smooth surface,good permeability, wear-resistant and shaking-resistant.
2、X/Ymoving cylinder all use the linear rail of Taiwan Shangyin,which make sure the machine high precision and stability.
3、The machine has the bidirectional automatic tightening structure.Special gem guide wheel expands the machine lifespan largely.
4、The automatic lifting device of the guide nozzle can get close to the the workpiece’s surface at max limits to avoid the wire shaking causes the scratching on the workpiece surface and realize the high processing efficient with no streak. |
