3. The X and Y axes of the machine tool are equipped with high-end medium wire feeding machines using Hechuan servo motors, UV stepper motors, and Z-axis DC motors, ensuring the high precision and stability of the machine tool.
4. The machine tool adopts a bidirectional automatic tightening structure, which does not require manual tightening for long-term operation. The specially designed gemstone guide wheel and guide wheel seat extend the service life;
5. The guide nozzle is equipped with an automatic lifting device, which can make it closest to the surface of the workpiece as much as possible during processing, preventing the molybdenum wire from shaking again during cutting, and avoiding the occurrence of stripes and line marks on the smooth surface; Greatly improving the accuracy and roughness of the processed surface, truly achieving efficient processing without stripes. |
