| It has been more than 10 years since the cutting process of Zhongdao silk was repeated. The application of this technology does enlarge the scale of machine tools, but many functions are not perfect in practice. Nowadays, the medium-speed wire cutting machine generally uses a simple high-frequency pulse power supply. Because of the randomness of spark pulse discharge, the practical discharge situation is extremely complex, sometimes even transient. In practice, this kind of equal frequency pulse power supply can't control the pulse energy to discharge gap intelligently in real time, and can't realize the best time of pulse de-ionization, just like the one-way wire cutting machine. In addition, the simple power supply has not been specially designed for correcting the cutting and micro-finishing planning of the circuit; in the power supply, cabinet wiring and power pulse transmission, and so on, there is no need to adopt the corresponding conditions and measures for narrow pulse width power pulse.
